Metro qwikTRAK shelving systems can increase your storage area by 50%. Because mobile units move between stationary units, an aisle opens between any two units as needed. Therefore, you can use space more efficiently, possibly eliminating facility expansion or renovation.
Metro qwikTRAK mobile shelving units glide easily along aluminum floor tracks. Consequently, these tracks allow you to push carts between units without causing wear and tear to the floor. In fact, these tracks compensate for rough or uneven floor surfaces. As a result, mobile units move more easily and can store heavy weight loads – up to 2,000 lb (907 kg).
Besides single-deep systems, you can create double-deep configurations, where two systems are joined. Double-deep Metro qwikTRAK systems increase overall depth of the storage system for greater storage capacity.
Purchase qwikTRAK systems with polymer shelves, such as MetroMax i, MetroMax Q, or Super Erecta Pro. Alternatively, purchase units with wire shelving, such as Super Erecta and Super Adjustable. Wire model finishes include Brite, chrome, Metroseal 3 with Microban® antimicrobial product protection, and type 304 stainless steel. Finally, customize your system with a variety of accessories, such as floor pad protectors and enclosure panels.
